Lead UX Designer
As a member of the UX team, you will be responsible for ensuring our consumer-facing web and mobile products are intuitive and follow accepted interaction patterns and flows. Your work will be used by environmentally conscious fleet operations that are working to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy throughout the world.

We are looking for a Lead UX Designer with a strong passion for creating amazing experiences in digital space and an equally strong interest in the future of user experience in next-generation connected vehicles. You are a highly motivated, creative, and versatile individual with experience in creating intuitive and effective interfaces. Your role will include creating an engaging experience, innovative features, and functional designs. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open, collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX design of web and mobile customer-facing fleet and service applications
- Work with product managers, developers, project managers, and other internal teams to take your designs from concept to production environment
- Use storytelling and low-fidelity prototypes to compellingly convey the vision, flow, and features of the product you are designing
- Collaborate with fellow UX designers, researchers, stakeholders, and other internal teams to generate ideas and get feedback on your designs
- Prepare prototypes with detailed interaction annotations handoff to the UI team
Skills And Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction design experience
- 3-7 years of experience in the UX discipline
- Experience with web and mobile products
- Expert at building low-fidelity prototypes, user flows, and interaction models
- Expert knowledge of design tools, such as Figma, Adobe creative suite, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred
- In vehicle UX design experience
- Jira or related version management systems
Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization or be TN eligible from Mexico or Canada. This position is not eligible for CPT or OPT.
