As our Lead Experience Designer, you will contribute to building innovative product solutions from the ground up. By utilizing your full range of product skills, you will help shape solutions for Redesign Health and our operating companies.

In this role, you will be focused on creating products, across a variety of different healthcare businesses - from definition to MVP, and beyond. You will be expected to understand end-to-end product build and processes and have a mind for collaboration across product, research and business verticals.

You will report to and work with the Director of Experience Design. This role is 100% remote and we are headquartered in New York City.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in evolving UX best practices at Redesign Health through optimization of internal processes
  • Contribute to planning, scoping and executing on end-to-end product design and experiences (from timelines and SOWs to user stories, feature testing and ideation to preparing files for development)
  • Work closely with New Venture Directors, PMs, Researchers and Designers to shape the vision of our operating companies product strategies
    • Work closely with researchers to create product assets for feature testing - from static screens to prototypes
    • Support Series A and B ventures in UX audits and optimization of products based on research and product validation
    • Lead and participate in feature ideation and testing sessions
  • Assist in building out the Experience Design team at Redesign Health

What you'll need:

  • Background
    • 5+ years of design experience
    • Experience working on products with heavy user engagement
    • Startup and/or agency experience a plus
    • Experience working with early stage products a plus
  • Skills
    • Experience with Figma
    • Experience with Tailwind, Miro, or Webflow a plus
