Overview

IGT, the global leader in gaming and technology, is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing, Communications, and Sustainability team. This role, within the Global Creative Services Team, will be responsible for production and design work, including but not limited to; developing and executing creative across IGT's portfolio of products, with a primary focus on our International Gaming Businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a Design background, strong conceptual skills, experience producing client-driven work, and delivering quality work for multiple projects at a time with varied deadlines. Collaborate with internal clients and team members to develop materials across multiple forms of media that communicate the client's message and the engage the target audience. Candidate should be proficient in design language and feel comfortable explaining design strategy and presenting work to internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Detailed understanding of design principals, color, composition, and typography principles
• Knowledge of print process and preparing files for print
• Knowledge of digital design, social media, and output specs for digital channels
• Ability to work on multiple projects from concept to completion, while adhering to project timelines
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to interpret and willingness to follow brand standards and style guides

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
• 3-5 years of in-house or agency graphic design experience
• Mac or PC
• Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)
• Motion Design skills a plus, or with a desire to learn
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
• Adept at working across various formats - digital, print, trade shows, etc.
