We are looking for a dynamic and curious designer with a mind for production and an eye for detail and optimization to join our growing team. The Graphic Designer in Production is a key contributor and skilled executor, responsible for producing and delivering polished designs for all of our initiatives across brand and digital experiences. This role will sit in our New York City HQ in the heart of the Meatpacking District.
Our dream candidate has stellar design skills and a love for the process of producing flawless deliverables and optimized workflows. You are dependable and crafty, and can execute at a high level. You feel comfortable producing graphics and assets, and never hesitate to jump in with a colleague to generate ideas, always driving the creative process forward. What You'll Do

• Designing and producing a wide range of prospect and customer-facing content including landing pages, email designs, print and digital advertising, social media graphics, event marketing materials, presentation decks, one-sheets, infographics, creative marketing ideation, and various other sales and marketing materials 
• Managing the Yext brand systems, bringing new ideas and tools to the table 
• Designing, preflighting, and outputting files for print and digital 
• Developing creative and elegant approaches to complex design problems that keep user goals, business needs, technical requirements, and project budget in consideration 
• Collaborating cross-functionally with a diverse mix of teams and always seeking opportunities to elevate the work and drive performance and results.

What You Have

• A portfolio showcasing production work on brand, landing pages, email campaigns, editorial design, brand systems, and UI design 
• A flexible, and go-getter work style 
• 1-3+ years experience at a marketing company, tech company, digital agency or in-house creative group 
• BA in Visual Design or relative practical/technical experience 
• Highly collaborative and inventive 
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts clearly and persuasively 
• Self-motivated, balancing multiple projects and timelines, with an ability to manage your own time 
• Capability to work both collaboratively and independently, while remaining accountable & delivering projects on time 
• Demonstrated proficiency with the full suite of Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience working with web tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD a plus 
• Outstanding design and typography skills 
• Knowledge of interaction design principles and well-developed skills in creation and documentation (business requirements, interface design, functional specifications, persona work, component design, and information architecture) a plus 
• Familiarity with a data-informed approach to design a plus (A/B testing tools, Google analytics, etc.)
