Our people are our greatest strength. Bottle Rocket firmly believes in diversity, inclusion, and racial equality for everyone. We are committed to taking a bold stance against inequality and are asking you to join us. We know we have a lot to learn and a long way to go, but we also know that we are taking steps in the right direction.

Who you are:

As an Experience Architect, you are responsible for the vision of a project, one that balances the client’s business goals with the user’s wants and needs. You own the user experience, determine how the business and user requirements are met, and rally both the client and the Bottle Rocket team behind the vision. Your curiosity, creativity, empathy, humility, restlessness, and common sense serve you well. You are driven to understand "why."

Grounded in the principles and best practices of user experience, you find patterns, deconstruct large challenges, and communicate ideas persuasively. You give thoughtful feedback and know your work is better when collaborating with others with different areas of expertise. You question assumptions, embrace testing hunches, and trust the data. Your work style adapts to new circumstances with the prudence to question convention when appropriate.
