We are looking for a creative and talented Creative Ads Designer to join our growing User Acquisition team that will enhance Tastypill’s move forward with its global consumer acquisition mission. You are excited about creating ad content and analyzing overall creative performance. This is a great chance to be a part of something new, challenging, and to be a part of an exciting growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Create ad content in multiple mobile formats and sizes (video, banner, frame animation)
• Research and benchmark ads from competitors
• Develop creative ad ideas for new and existing titles
• Analyze and benchmark creative performance on acquisition channels (Facebook, Google Adwords)

Qualifications:

• Excellent skills in video editing tools like Adobe After Effects
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Highly creative and innovative mindset
• Analytical and data driven decision making
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail 

Nice to have:

• Love to play mobile games
• Knowledge of Facebook or Google Ads
• Experience working on games
• Experience in a similar role
