The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Design and UX Lead to elevate the user experience and visual excellence across our crypto ecosystem at EARNM. The ideal candidate possesses a robust blend of product intuition, marketing acumen, UX expertise, and technical understanding, particularly in web and mobile development contexts.

Who You Are and What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee end-to-end UX and UI design processes across all EARNM products.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align product vision and execution.
• Implement and maintain a user-centric design approach through continuous feedback loops, user testing, and behavioral analytics.
• Guide product branding and ensure consistency across all marketing and communications channels.
• Continuously innovate and propose creative, outside-the-box solutions to enhance user engagement and experience.
• Oversee creation and execution of visually compelling marketing materials including campaigns, landing pages, newsletters, and promotional assets.
• Continuously innovate and propose creative, outside-the-box solutions to enhance user engagement, brand awareness, and experience.
• Help drive social media content strategy, ensuring engaging and consistent branding across platforms like Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Proven experience (3 years required, 5+ years nice to have) in UX/UI design roles, ideally with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior capacity.
• Solid understanding of product development cycles and the ability to bridge user needs with business objectives.
• Strong grasp of product marketing and broader marketing strategies, including brand positioning and user acquisition.
• Proficiency in UX methodologies, user research techniques, and feedback processes.
• Familiarity and experience with HTML and CSS, specifically within NextJS and React Native frameworks.
• Experience working collaboratively in agile development teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Web3 industry experience or strong familiarity with blockchain concepts, DeFi, token economics, and related ecosystems.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex Web3 products to diverse audiences clearly and effectively.
