As a Lead Designer within our growing team in Slovenia, you'll guide the creation of user-centered designs for tech innovators and entertainment leaders. Collaborate with talented individuals and make your mark.
Your Daily Tasks:Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide guidance, feedback, and cultivate a collaborative environment.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
- Screen and onboard new team members.
Design & Delivery
- Design user-centered and visually engaging interfaces for websites, dashboards, web and mobile applications, from concept to handoff.
- Translate client vision into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Innovation & Efficiency
- Utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency and quality.
- Contribute to building and maintaining scalable design systems.
Communication & Presentation
- Present design ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
Continuous Learning & Improvement
- Conduct UX/UI audits and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Continuously learn, innovate, share knowledge and mentor other team members.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Experience leading and mentoring design teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and showcasing work across multiple design disciplines.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
- Ability to design product experiences across dashboards, web apps, and mobile apps.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to clients.
- Experience conducting UX/UI audits, focusing on accessibility and user journeys.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Figma AI plugins) for enhanced design workflows.
