Through data-led and performance-driven search and social content to help brands create meaningful connections that impact people's lives. Our unique expertise in Omnichannel Search & Insights, Creative Content and Performance Tech are delivered to our clients via an ad agency and in-house models. We do this for a global client portfolio including Unilever, Campari Group, AIA, Sanofi, Nestle, Lipton, Kimberley Clark, Straumann, Ricola, Globe Telecom, and more.
About the role
The Senior Designer will lead the creation, governance, and adoption of the Client’s global and local content design standards across studios and markets. Operating above market, this role sets the bar for content quality, consistency, and efficiency, embedding design excellence into end‑to‑end content operations. The Senior Designer will drive innovation—especially in AI‑enabled workflows, advanced visualization (3D, AR), and modern creative tooling—while partnering closely with GBS, Commercial, and Omnichannel Excellence to accelerate impact at scale.
This is an in-house role within Greenpark, dedicated exclusively to supporting our pharmaceutical client. You will be fully embedded within the client team, working solely on their projects. This means you’ll collaborate closely with their teams, gain deep exposure to a global brand, and operate as an integrated part of their day-to-day organisation.
What you’ll do
Design Standards and Governance
- Establish, document, and maintain global design standards, patterns, and guardrails for omnichannel content (modular and long‑form), ensuring adaptability for local market needs.
- Build and evolve a holistic design system spanning brand expression, motion principles, accessibility, localization, and regulated content requirements.
- Define quality benchmarks, review mechanisms, and acceptance criteria; lead design reviews for high‑impact initiatives and campaigns.
Workstreams and Operating Model
- Architect scalable workstreams for content creation across global and local studios, including intake, briefing, modular production, QA, and versioning.
- Define roles, RACI, and SLAs for design workflows; optimize end‑to‑end throughput in partnership with GBS and Content Operations.
- Create playbooks, templates, and reusable components to reduce rework and accelerate delivery.
Innovation, AI, and Advanced Tooling
- Lead pilots and adoption of AI‑assisted design workflows (e.g., content generation, versioning, semantic search, rapid prototyping) with a focus on quality, ethics, and compliance.
- Introduce and standardize use of advanced tools including 3D modeling, real‑time engines, augmented reality, and motion systems; integrate into content pipelines.
- Evaluate, select, and onboard creative tools; define best practices for prompt engineering, dataset governance, and performance tracking for AI features.
Subject Matter Expertise and Problem Solving
- Serve as SME across asset types (static, motion, interactive, 3D/AR, email, web, social, in‑field materials, and modular content components).
- Troubleshoot complex design and production challenges—file architecture, color management, accessibility, performance, device compatibility, and localization.
- Coach studio teams on advanced techniques, non‑destructive workflows, and efficiency hacks.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Client GBS, Commercial, and Omnichannel Excellence to align standards with business priorities, platform capabilities, and measurement frameworks.
- Embed design thinking, UX, and UI best practices into key initiatives, including brand.com, HCP and patient experiences, and field enablement tools.
Measurement and Continuous Improvement
- Define KPIs for design quality, cycle time, reuse rates, localization speed, and content performance; build feedback loops to iterate standards.
- Conduct audits and maturity assessments across markets; prioritize uplift plans and share learnings globally.
- Maintain a roadmap for design standards, tools, and capability building; report progress to leadership.
