Adobe is changing the world through digital experiences.
The Role

Our Company
Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.
We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

We’re looking for a Design Operations Analyst to join our Experience Design team within the Sales Velocity organization. This role is perfect for someone who loves bringing structure to creative environments, thrives on project management, and is curious about design, business, and technology.

As a Design Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our designers can work effectively and deliver exceptional services to our presales teams. You’ll manage projects, optimize processes, and identify opportunities for innovation and scale. This is a fantastic opportunity for a generalist who wants to grow into areas like UX, automation, internal marketing, or design strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Project & Program Management

    • Coordinate and track design projects from intake to delivery.

    • Ensure timelines, priorities, and resources are aligned across stakeholders.

  • Operational Excellence

    • Analyze workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.

    • Maintain documentation of processes, tools, and best practices.

  • Data & Insights

    • Collect and analyze data on design team performance and project outcomes.

    • Provide actionable insights to improve service quality and alignment with business goals.

  • Collaboration & Communication

    • Act as a bridge between designers, presales teams, and other stakeholders.

    • Support internal communication and promote awareness of design services and assets.

  • Innovation & Growth

    • Explore opportunities for automation and self-service tools.

    • Support UX-related activities like user testing or feedback sessions.

    • Develop skills in AI-driven design, automation, and data analytics.

    • Contribute to enablement materials, workshops, and internal marketing initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 1–3 years in project coordination, operations, or a related role (experience in design or creative environments is a plus).

  • Curiosity and adaptability to learn new tools and domains (design, UX, automation, storytelling, AI).

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends.

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools will be a plus.

  • Self-directed, flexible, and highly cooperative work style within local and global teams.

  • Strong command of written and spoken English

As our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world. You’ll be surrounded by colleagues who are committed to helping each other grow through our unique Check-In approach where ongoing feedback flows freely.
