.Design Lead – Target Operating Model | Banking

We're supporting a global bank on a major Third Party Risk Management transformation and are looking for an experienced Design Lead to own the Target Operating Model workstream. Working across Procurement, Risk, Compliance and Technology, you'll define the future operating model that will underpin how the bank manages its third party supplier ecosystem.
You'll lead workshops with senior stakeholders, redesign end to end procurement and supplier management processes, develop governance, operating procedures and role definitions, and ensure the future state operating model is practical, scalable and aligned with regulatory expectations. You'll also produce high quality design artefacts and help drive the programme through to implementation.
Previous experience leading Target Operating Model or procurement transformation within a large banking organisation is essential. You'll bring deep procurement expertise, strong Third Party Risk Management knowledge and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex transformation programmes.
