What You Will Do
- Own and evolve our design vision, keeping product assets fresh and engaging.
- Create and execute a design roadmap in sync with the Product team.
- Build and scale a top-notch design team, mentoring designers and hiring as needed.
- Establish smooth, user-focused design processes from research to execution.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Measure success with key design metrics and iterate for impact.
Who You Are
- 5+ years in product design, 1+ year leading a design-team.
- Strong UX skills, user research, and human-centered design expertise.
- Hands-on experience in Figma and design storytelling.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing problem-solving and impact.
- Experience in B2B & B2C, adTech, or loyalty programs.
- Plus: Background in mobile-first and flexible solutions.
- Plus: Experience in working with designing dashboards or other analytical tools.
