We’re looking for a passionate Design Engineer ready to pioneer exceptional and delightful design solutions that push the boundaries of conversational AI. As one of the first members in our design team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and compelling user interactions.

What You’ll Do

• Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and product teams in an iterative, fast-paced environment.

• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate and iterate design ideas rapidly.

• Participate actively in design reviews, incorporating feedback to continually refine your work.

• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of your designs.

• Help build and expand cohesive, scalable design systems.

• Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain innovation and competitiveness in our products.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Product Design, UI Engineering, Interaction Design, Web Development, or UI/UX.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, React, Tailwind, Framer, Flutter, SwiftUI, or similar. It’s okay if you use none of these tools, just let us know your way.

• Ability to independently drive projects, from ambiguous concepts to polished deliverables.

• Understanding of front-end development or willingness to learn quickly. We use React, Tailwind CSS, Next.js, and Flutter.

• Strong communicator, able to clearly articulate design vision and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated growth mindset—eager to learn, adapt, and enhance your skills.
