As the Galls Design Desk Specialist, you are responsible for providing internal customer service to our field sellers and internal teams. As the Galls Design Desk Specialist, you will review the specifications of the requested VAS applications to ensure that Galls can produce a quality product consistently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Communicates directly with Field Sellers and Internal teams to gather uniform decoration requirements and approval for complex requests.
- Works with internal business partners to ensure accurate customization set up for B2C customers, B2B customers, Field Sellers, and Internal Teams
- Acts as a liaison between Sales and Internal Teams to ensure that all the communications are organized, and the Customers’ expectations are understood for successful execution.
- Consults with Sales to make recommendations on most effective and efficient VAS customizations option based on uniform specifications and Customer’s needs while considering business acumen.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Prior sales or customer experience required.
- Expert knowledge in VAS applications
- Ability to lead without formal authority
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Capable of operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong efficiency mindset, seeking to optimize efficiency by leveraging existing resources and influence customer buy in to existing capabilities.
- Highly adaptive, with the ability to pivot to changing customer requests quickly
