  • Proven success leading Design-Build projects with $20M+ in fee revenue as the Projects Leader coordinating large teams of 70+ staff

  • Demonstrated expertise in project leadership, including budget, schedule, risk, and client management.

  • Experience working in contractor-led, joint venture, or integrated Design-Build environments

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with alternative delivery methods (Progressive DB, CM/GC, P3)

  • Track record of winning and delivering major Design-Build pursuits

  • Strong understanding of commercial management, contract risk, and procurement strategies

  • Familiarity with NY/NJ agency clients (NYSDOT, MTA, Port Authority, NJDOT, Amtrak)

  • Experience leveraging digital delivery, BIM, and advanced design technologies

  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
