Design Assurance Coordinator

Job Description

• Produce regular quality assurance reports for internal distribution.
• Review and evaluate contractual obligations to ensure design quality criteria are met.
• Must be comfortable communicating with various levels of management including engineers and quality personnel.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Maintain and update several weekly reports that are used throughout the project lifecycle. Attention to detail is critical
• Perform compliance reviews which are similar to audits and generate findings report.
• Review forms prior to submission for accuracy and notify appropriate owners for missing or incorrect data to ensure forms are updated.
• Update standard work files based on Subject Matter Expert feedback.
• Strong collaboration and team involvement is required. Organization is essential.
• General working knowledge of audits is a plus.
