Position Overview
We are seeking a Design Assistant with a passion for innovation and creativity in the sporting industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and an interest in contributing to R+D projects that drive product development and branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the R+D team on product development projects, contributing design insights and creative concepts.
- Assist in the creation of visual assets for marketing, product packaging, digital media, and more.
- Use your expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create high-quality, on-brand graphics and visuals.
- Support the design team in developing presentations, mock-ups, and prototypes for new product ideas.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and design best practices to ensure our visuals and products remain cutting-edge.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align design efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications
- 1- 4 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience working in the sporting industry is highly preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills, creativity, and understanding of brand aesthetics.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
- An eagerness to contribute to R+D initiatives and help develop the next generation of sporting products.
