What we typically look for:
- Agile working. You have experience of working in agile, including an awareness of agile tools and how to use them. You can advise colleagues on how and why agile methods are used and be able to provide a clear, open and transparent framework in which teams can deliver. You can adapt and reflect and be resilient. You have the ability to see outside of the process.
- Communication skills. You can listen to the needs of technical and business stakeholders, and interpret them in a way that is clear for both audiences. You know how to manage stakeholder expectations. You can be flexible and you are capable of proactive and reactive communication. You know how to facilitate difficult discussions within the team or with diverse senior stakeholders.
- Digital perspective. You are responsive to changes in technology, adapting your approach accordingly. You can make decisions to meet user needs in the government context. You understand the importance of assisted digital and can design services and make decisions to meet users needs.
- Familiarity with GDS.

What We Do
We are a consultancy specialising in business, information and technology. We help organisations adapt to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer interactions. Our services fall into three broad categories: Analysis, Strategy and Delivery.
We have worked extensively with the UK Government, in particular in the criminal justice sector, and have developed a detailed understanding of and good working relationships with a large number of departments. We are an approved supplier of services via the G-Cloud framework and the Digital Framework. We have supported a number of organisations as they move to Digital Delivery models.
Our private-sector clients include major financial services companies, and we have worked with both technology start-ups and large suppliers of technology to optimise their service offerings. We have also had a number of engagements with local government and third sector organisations.
Our business model allows us to provide high-quality services at reasonable prices and to adapt to client requests quickly and in an agile manner.
