We are currently seeking an experienced Descript Short Form Video Editor to join our remote team. As a Short Form Video Editor, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and creative team to produce compelling short form videos for various marketing campaigns. This remote position allows for flexible work hours and the ability to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and enhance short form videos using the Descript software (Previous experience required)
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing video content
• Create and add graphics, animations, and effects to enhance the overall video quality
• Ensure videos are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in short form video editing
• Work independently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality videos

• Previous experience as a Descript Short Form Video Editor or similar role
• Proficient in using the Descript software
• Demonstrated expertise in short form video editing and storytelling techniques
• Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, composition, and color grading
• Familiarity with graphic design software and animation tools
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the creative team
• Ability to work remotely and meet project deadlines
• A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work in short form video editing
