This is a hybrid model of 3 days in the office, where each manager/area/project defines which are those days.
On-site could be occasionally required by each manager for planning, refining sessions, training, these periods could take 1 week. This on-site could be required in the 1st week of assignation.

In the future any of our clients could decide to be 100% onsite.
Skills Required
- 5–7 years of professional experience
- Backend development with Java 17, 21, and 25
- Spring Boot 3.x and 4.x
- Design and consumption of REST APIs
- Enterprise integrations and microservices development
- Security in services
- MongoDB, Redis, SQL Server, and DB2
- Management of certificates and keystores
- Advanced English
- Ability to interpret or write programming specifications, functional designs, technical designs, and system documentation
- Mexico City availability for hybrid work
