Job Description
We are looking for a Derivatives Operations Consultant to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Contacts with all counterparties, ensuring smooth trade allocation and clearing processes.
- Oversees and optimizes daily trade flows to ensure efficient Straight-Through Processing (STP).
- Assesses and manages risks, while ensuring that all necessary reconciliations are completed on time.
- Collaborates on client-related queries and performs closeouts as required.
- Contributes to projects aimed at advancing business growth and generates procedural documentation and key performance indicators.

Profile:
- Academic background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- + 2 years of Banking Operations and/or Financial Markets or other relevant experience
- General Financial Markets, Structured Products and Investment Funds knowledge
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office, specially Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Driven to team work
- Hybrid work - office in Lisbon (1/2x per week)
