We are looking for an experienced leader in the Full-motion Video industry who is ready to take on the challenge of maintaining close customer relationships while motivating and inspiring a team of 350+ employees. You will play a critical role in the day-to-day management operations while helping to shape the future of the program as a trusted advisor to the Government.
As the Operations lead, you are the primary point of contact for all operations and personnel-related activities as well as supporting the customer front office with administrative responsibilities. As a liaison between the customer and corporate requirements, you will be responsible for day-to-day resource allocation, staffing activities, manager training, quality control, and technical recommendations. The manager will assist on boarding of new contract personnel and obtain new analyst access to GEOINT systems and software. The Deputy Program Manager - Operations must develop a general knowledge of the Program analytic process while helping the customer solve complex organizational and intelligence challenges.
In this job you will:

  • Account for and ensure daily staffing levels for all shifts, to be reported to the customer branch chief on duty
  • Mitigate shortfalls in staffing levels by working with the contractor administrative team to ensure that daily staffing levels are met, including during times of crisis or emergency events (to include government shutdowns, business continuity planning, and closure due to inclement weather)
  • Prepare official correspondence (e.g. reports, official files, travel document processing, etc.) in support of the contractor administrative team
  • Maintain calendars for the contractor administrative team
  • Coordinate conference room and video teleconference availability and scheduling
  • Process visitor access and transportation requests
  • Track and ensure completion of action items
  • Track responses to official government correspondence
  • Assist with on-boarding new analysts
  • Process ongoing access requests for all analysts
  • Ensure the completion and submittal of contractor time and attendance reports, expense reports and other administrative support requirements for the contractor
  • Maintain, update and track proprietary administrative documents related to personnel, security, arrival/departures, emergency contacts, and personnel rosters.
  • Consult with customer COTR for problem resolution, new resource requirements, task clarification, etc.
  • Manage a team of technical SMEs (Silver Team) and serve as the main point of contact for the Silver Branch Chief / Chief of Operations


Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Must have completed the customer's Introduction to FMV Analysis in NGA's Special Activities Division (8-day course)
  • Must currently hold a Project Management role on a BAE Systems Full-motion Video program
  • Must have 10+ years of Intelligence Community management/leadership experience, or 7+ years with a BA/BS degree
  • Must be in good standing with BAE Systems, and not currently undergoing administrative or corrective action for performance-related issues


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience with PMP, Agile, Six Sigma or other professional methodologies
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations and understanding of general government contracting requirements and program lifecycle management


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
