Summary
We are seeking an experienced Deployment & Support Expert to oversee customer deployments and post-installation support activities for our Hypercool innovative liquid cooling solutions.
This role serves as the primary coordination point between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful project execution, deployment readiness, timely issue resolution, and a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong track record of managing complex deployments, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving projects to successful completion in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer deployments from planning through commissioning and handover.
- Develop and maintain deployment schedules, readiness plans, and project milestones.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items to ensure successful execution.
- Ensure deployment readiness across customers, subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact during deployment and post-deployment support activities.
- Coordinate technical issue resolution and manage customer escalations through closure.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between Customer Success, Engineering, Operations, Service, and other cross-functional teams.
- Lead regular deployment and status review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain deployment documentation, project records, dashboards, and status reports.
- Support resource planning, forecasting, and deployment prioritization activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes, support workflows, and overall customer experience.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of deployment and support best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- 7+ years of experience in deployment management, implementation, customer operations, technical support, project management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Proven experience leading complex customer deployments and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks, drive resolution plans, and maintain execution against timelines.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build trust and manage escalations effectively.
- Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in data centers, enterprise infrastructure, hardware systems, cooling technologies, or industrial environments is a significant advantage.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment is preferred.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
