About Linero

Linero is building the operational infrastructure that ensures the world's most sensitive technologies reach the right hands, and never the wrong ones.

Our customers include some of the most consequential companies in the world: leading AI labs, aerospace and defense primes, semiconductor giants, quantum computing pioneers, and companies pushing the frontier in chemicals, advanced manufacturing, and robotics.

We are an AI-native, venture-backed company creating a new category of software at the intersection of national security, industrial infrastructure, and enterprise AI.

The Role

As Deployment Strategist at Linero, you will own the customer journey from initial scoping through go-live and beyond, with full responsibility for execution.

Many of our customers operate at enormous scale, with global footprints spanning hundreds of sites and tens of thousands of employees. Deploying Linero means embedding into these environments: integrating across hundreds of systems and workflows, and aligning dozens of key stakeholders.

You will lead this end-to-end, owning customer relationships and working closely with forward deployed engineers and internal teams, often on-site, to ensure deployments move with precision, speed, and care.

This role requires technical fluency, strong operational judgment, and the ability to operate inside the world’s most complex organizations.

What You'll Own

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey: from initial scoping through deployment, go-live, and ongoing success

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers across the full lifecycle

  • Lead discovery and scoping sessions to understand technical environments, workflows, and requirements

  • Drive deployments forward by coordinating closely with engineering, product, and forward deployed engineers

  • Manage complex, concurrent rollouts across multiple enterprise customers

  • Identify and resolve blockers - technical, organizational, or otherwise - before they impact progress

  • Build and refine deployment playbooks, documentation, and processes that scale with the customer base

  • Surface product gaps, integration patterns, and customer feedback to engineering and product teams

  • Build deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders across technical, legal, compliance, and executive functions

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in implementation management, technical project management, solutions engineering, customer success, or management consulting, with meaningful exposure to enterprise software and complex client engagements

  • Technical enough to engage credibly with engineering teams and understand integration complexity; you don't need to write code, but you need to understand what you're asking for

  • Exceptional project management skills; you can run multiple complex workstreams simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them

  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills; you are trusted by customers and internal teams alike

  • A deep appreciation for organizational dynamics — you navigate complex institutions with sensitivity and care, building trust across different stakeholders

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and integration environments is a strong plus

  • A calm, solutions-oriented presence under pressure; enterprise deployments are rarely smooth and you make them feel that way

  • Based in New York City

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience

  • Early equity in a company with proven market demand and a clear growth trajectory

  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision

  • A high-ownership, high-autonomy environment where your work has direct and visible impact

  • A leading role in how Linero's product is transforming organizational practices at the most consequential enterprises in the world

Equal Opportunity & Eligibility

  • Linero is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

  • This role requires access to export-controlled information. Applicants must be U.S. persons (citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees) as defined under applicable U.S. law.

  • Start date is immediate, with flexibility for the right candidate. If you are not based in New York, we can accommodate remote work for an initial period and offer relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.

Skills Required

  • 4+ years of experience in implementation management, technical project management, solutions engineering, customer success, or management consulting
  • Technical fluency to credibly engage with engineering teams and understand integration complexity (coding not required)
  • Exceptional project management skills; able to run multiple complex workstreams concurrently
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills with customers and internal teams
  • Deep appreciation for organizational dynamics and ability to build trust across stakeholders
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and integration environments
  • Based in New York City (remote initially possible; relocation assistance case-by-case)
  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to access export-controlled information
  • Ability to work on-site frequently and coordinate with forward deployed engineers
