Deployment Specialist

Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Deployment Specialist that will manage the ATM installation(s)  in accordance with the roll out schedule and standard operating procedures to ensure customer and end user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation process from start to finish in alignment with the company’s standard operating procedures.
• Ensure ATM orders and inventory align with the installation schedule.
• Schedule ATM installations in adherence to the rollout schedule, identify risks that may cause schedule delays, and seek resolution to mitigate or eliminate the delays.
• Coordinate with armored providers to ensure the Kaba Mas lock is initialized as part of the installation process.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify risks, special needs, etc to ensure timely and efficient installations.
• Build out installation kits and send them to the installation vendor prior to the scheduled installation date.
• Infrequent travel to support the completion of installations in the field.
• Ensure various systems are kept up to date with installation data.
• Assist other team members and perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years experience planning and executing ATM installations. Experience with large implementation roll outs of 250 ATMs or more is a plus.
• Intermediate level knowledge in Kaba Mas locks.
• Confirmed skill set for risk planning and mitigation.
• Intermediate level or higher knowledge and understanding of using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and shift priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Strong, professional communications skills both orally and written.
• A basic understanding of cryptocurrency.
