About Lexmark and the MPS Deployment Project Coordination Team

Lexmark solutions provide a seamless interface between digital and printed information - for optimized business processes, stronger customer loyalty and better business results.
The DPC Student will be part of Lexmark's Managed Print Services (MPS) Operations Center, which serves as the EMEA platform for centrally managed print services contracts and other click-based business solutions. This customer-facing organization focuses on small to mid-sized accounts across the region, including the international subsidiaries of key corporate clients. As a member of the team, the DPC Student will assist MPS Deployment Project Coordinators with administrative tasks essential to daily operations.
Description of specific tasks
- Pulling and adjusting reports from various systems, including Business Objects, Siebel, and SAP
- Assisting with hardware order entries and installation request creation under the guidance of team members
- Updating partner PO numbers at the activity level in Siebel
- Updating end-to-end trackers with hardware order and installation details
- Sending and updating reports to different stakeholders
- Manually preparing reports and conducting analysis
- Monitoring and handling tickets (WWTT)
- Performing ad hoc administrative tasks that combine the activities listed above
Requirements
- Active student status in one of the Hungarian Universities ideally for 1 more year
- Available to work at least 20 (ideally 30) hours per week in a flexible schedule that can be adjusted to studies
- Fluent English and German
- Able to use excel functions like VLOOKUP, IF etc; more advanced excel skills are an advantage
