The position
As a department assistant for PP Production Support, you will have the opportunity to:
• Interact with both internal and external stakeholders as an active member of the management team.• Support the management team in a wide range of tasks, including coordinating management activities, reporting, budgeting, hiring process, keeping manning overview, planning of seminars, contributing to department strategy and organisational change management initiatives, and much more.• Prioritize your own tasks and work independently, while also being forward-looking and using your curiosity to drive new initiatives and improve processes.• Work closely with the PP assistant group to solve tasks across the area, while maintaining a 'need-to' mindset to avoid over-processing and standardize administrative processes across the organization.• Utilize your personal skills and experiences for personal and professional development, while being quite visible in an ever-changing organization and learning from skilled and knowledgeable people.

Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
• You have experience with presentation and great communication skills• You have experience with MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities. • You have a flair for numbers and experience with the planning and controlling of budgets and you are expected to be able to navigate in the SAP system• Preferably you have been part of a management team or you are familiar with management and change management theories to some level• Preferably you have 3-5 years of experience from a similar position
As a person you are reliable, loyal and service-minded. You have a 'can-do' attitude and enjoy working according to tight deadlines. You can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You can work independently and always strive to find solutions to challenges at hand. About the department
PP Production Support is a dynamic department with approximately 145 highly engaged and motivated employees. As a Department Assistant, you will be an integral part of the management team and report directly to the Director of the department.
PP Production Support is a supporting department that consists of eight teams, each covering a specific area of expertise. These teams include calibration, electricity, ATEX, CE, SAP, mechanical maintenance, cooling and ventilation, facility management, work permit, warehouse, future maintenance, RVS, and utility production support.
Each team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department and the organization as a whole. As a Department Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with each team and contribute to their success. You will also have the chance to learn from skilled professionals in a variety of fields and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
