- Proven track record of delivering commercial success in a programmatic role.
- Knowledge and an understanding of the value proposition provided programmatic media
- Sales orientated and a hunter focused on identifying new business opportunities along with the ability to influence a change in buyer behaviour to increase revenue
- Creative, open-minded and someone with an entrepreneurial spirit
- A keen interest in the key trends moving the industry forwards. (Such as Curation, Retail media)
- Ability to Learn fast and act quickly
Your role will be to:
- Build up, manage and execute a pipeline of new business
- Be an ambassador for Equativ within the Spanish media industry.
- Be present with your clients at industry events and in meetings
- Define target markets/verticals, lead generation processes, and pipelines.
- Document interactions and follow-ups in Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Securing and conducting on-site sales meetings with agencies and advertisers.
- Running and overseeing the full sales lifecycle for your prospective and recurring clients
- Liaise with our Client Services team to build custom campaigns for premium programmatic activity and support revenue growth.
- Develop a very good understanding of the programmatic marketplace, Equativ products including the operations of the Equativ Buyer Connect curation platform.
- Articulate and address technical issues, creating solutions where possible
- To operate and grow business with Spain based digital buyers at media agencies, trading desks and direct advertisers.
- Build strong relationships with buyers through regular meetings, calls, provision of inventory reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with local and central teams across the business to ensure the best outcomes for your campaigns from operations and account management to product and marketing.
- You will ensure focus is maintained on objectives that will have the biggest impact.
- Grow awareness around our ad inventory offering and create a reputation of excellence for Equativ in the marketplace.
About you 💪
- Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing
- 10+ years’ experience in digital sales
- Strong network on the demand side, especially among agencies, ATD’s, brands;
- Hands-on experience working with Trading Desks, DSPs, DMPs, data providers or other programmatic platforms
- Sales orientated, focused on identifying new business opportunities using knowledge and credibility to change customer behavior and increase revenue
- Creative and open-minded
- Entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to identify opportunities with good networking on the demand side
