Our SDRs play a critical role in our revenue organization. As part of the sales team, your primary responsibilities will fall under two key areas: demand generation and prospect outreach. You will partner with other revenue and marketing team members to deveiop and support targeted, outbounding strategies. Utilizing research tools and online resources, you will execute targeted outreach efforts, focusing on building market awareness about the CDP hundreds of customers are already in love with.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive research on target accounts, prospective customers, and industry trends, sharing findings in presentations and in writing.
  • Translate research into actionable outreach programs in collaboration with your manager and other team members and be accountable for executing the plan.
  • Collaborate with marketing, demand generation, and other cross functional teams to uplevel BlueConic’s overall outbound prospecting strategy
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, 6sense, and Sales Navigator to meet your activity targets and support your strategic outbounding efforts.
  • Compose well-researched and thoughtful outreach messages, primarily via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads and demand.
  • Qualify inbound leads and engage with prospects through phone calls, email, and social media channels.
  • Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce and other tools to ensure accurate and effective reporting.
  • Manage to weekly and monthly target activity goals; make data driven decisions
  • Foster a work environment that sets all revenue team members up for success.

We’re looking for someone with the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience (6+ months) that you feel demonstrates your ability to flourish in a role such as this.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently capture the attention of senior executives, both internally and externally.
  • Advanced research abilities, particularly in identifying prospective customers, key decision-makers, and understanding the competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated track record as a team player.
  • Experience in B2B prospecting and outreach skills.
  • A strong desire to understand your assigned industry, along with the challenges and goals of potential clients within that sector.
  • Capacity and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in and ability to analyze and utilize data to adjust strategy and activities.
  • Growth mindset, positivity, and excitement to learn and develop as a professional salesperson
