Our growth so far has been driven by outbound sales. We're looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to build the marketing engine alongside it.
The roleYou'll plan demand generation end to end. Build campaigns, run them, measure what they return and feed qualified pipeline to our sales team. You'll work closely with the founders and sales, with real freedom over what we do and how we do it.
What you'll be doingPlanning and running campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, content and webinars
Owning the funnel from first touch to sales-qualified pipeline
Working closely with sales so leads are followed up fast and their feedback shapes the next campaign
Building our marketing foundations, including landing pages, tracking, attribution and automation
Managing the budget and reporting on cost per lead, conversion and pipeline generated
Testing new channels, messages and audiences, then doubling down on what works
3+ years in B2B demand generation, growth or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS
Comfortable with ad platforms, a CRM, marketing automation and analytics
Analytical by instinct, measuring campaigns in pipeline and revenue rather than impressions
A strong writer who can craft the message as well as ship it
Happy at the scale-up stage, with little-to-no playbook and plenty of ownership
Experience marketing to professional services is an advantage

Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Right to work in New Zealand
