Müller's Solutions is seeking a Demand Generation Senior Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives focused on driving demand and growing our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and enhance customer engagement. Your expertise in demand generation strategies will play a vital role in contributing to our overall business success.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including sales and product marketing, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of campaigns. You will analyze performance metrics and continuously improve campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement demand generation campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, events).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead nurturing strategies and ensure seamless lead handoff.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create compelling content that attracts and converts leads, including blog posts, eBooks, and case studies.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to manage campaigns and lead scoring.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative demand generation tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing B2B demand generation strategies.
- Proficient in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
