Compensation and Career Growth

  • Base salary + uncapped commission + monthly bonuses
  • OTE Range (Year 1): $69,000 - $92,000, including sign-on bonus, salary, commission, and bonuses
  • High performers have the potential to earn $170,000+ annually
  • Clear path for vertical mobility into leadership or strategic roles

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Prospecting & Outreach

  • Identify decision-makers across B2B accounts using modern database platforms
  • Conduct high-impact outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to open meaningful conversations
  • Customize messaging that sparks curiosity, builds relevance, and opens doors for our clients

Executive Appointment Setting & Campaign Support

  • Lead consultative conversations to understand prospect needs and align them with client solutions
  • Set qualified executive-level meetings, support event registration, and nurture interest in targeted campaigns
  • Drive participation in events, one-on-one appointments, and channel co-marketing efforts

Relationship Building & Influence

  • Make a strong first impression that reflects the brand quality of our clients
  • Build rapport with prospects and uncover pain points that align with the value proposition of our campaigns
  • Respond confidently to objections and position conversations toward meaningful next steps

Performance Reporting & Growth

  • Accurately track activity, performance, and meeting outcomes in our CRM
  • Share key insights and feedback with managers and account leads to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay sharp through training, coaching, and exposure to new technologies and evolving industry trends

 

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
  • Experience in inside sales, business development, recruiting, or customer-facing roles (preferred, not required)
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Organized, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team culture
  • Adaptable and comfortable working with digital tools, CRM platforms, and remote workflows
  • A strong sense of ownership and a desire to learn, grow, and succeed
  • Resilience and enthusiasm for hitting (and exceeding) goals in a fast-moving environment
