About The Role:
As Demand Generation Manager for Asset Bank, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our paid media strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels. You will work closely with the website and content manager to ensure that our paid media efforts complement our overall digital marketing strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for digital marketing.

What you will be responsible for:
As our new Demand Generation Manager at Asset Bank, you will be responsible for devising and executing our paid media strategy across PPC, Display & Paid Social channels to enhance engagement and drive lead volume based on a deep understanding of our target market segments and positioning strategy.
You will take ownership of our paid media initiatives, overseeing campaign set up, execution, and ongoing optimisation across various digital platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with external agencies and in-house teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximise overall performance.
You will have the opportunity to play a key role in enhancing our conversion optimisation by creating and implementing a paid media roadmap and conducting A/B testing to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Collaborate with the website and content manager to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creative, targeting, and overall campaign performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our paid media efforts remain competitive and effective.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years experience in managing paid media campaigns across a variety of channels. Must have experience of PPC, Display and Social Media.
- Experience of working for a B2B SaaS business is desirable but not essential.
- Hubspot experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads etc.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
- An eye for design and creative flair, experience with briefing designers on digital marketing assets.
Salary
£45-£55k depending on experience + benefits and company profit share
