Your Job Opportunity:

EVPassport is seeking a creative and driven Demand Generation Manager in Boston to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and reporting on several campaigns to generate quality leads and sales opportunities for our commercial and enterprise sales teams. This person will collaborate extremely closely with Sales leadership, working together to identify and convert leads from industry events, email & digital campaigns, etc.; and they will also architect our campaign strategy from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, scrappy, and focused on understanding our industry-specific challenges and where the sales team can capitalize on opportunities. The Demand Generation Manager will also have the opportunity to help build out the growth marketing function here at EVPassport, and in doing so, evaluate which tools/partnerships would be most beneficial to ensure successful campaigns.

You Will:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities. You’ll take ownership of all campaigns and programs as well as come up with new campaign ideas on your own
  • Be tech-savvy, and adept at leveraging any and all tactics to maximize lead volume
  • Identify and analyze target industries - including market trends, key players, and customer pain points - to tailor marketing campaigns effectively
  • Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for our Sales team, particularly in the hospitality, real estate, and multifamily properties sectors. You’ll be expected to coordinate directly with our Sales team to understand our strongest ICP fits and be comfortable working across the blurry line of demand generation and sales
  • Monitor, analyze, and regularly report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics to maximize ROI and drive pipeline growth
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes, fostering a strong partnership that drives conversion and revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve and innovate any and all demand generation efforts
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to develop engaging and relevant content for campaigns, in addition to creating net new content on your own for distribution on social media and elsewhere

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • 6-8+ years of total experience, ideally having been part of small Marketing teams where you've held a lot of responsibilities. Preferably within B2B / SaaS environments
  • A highly organized approach, and are capable of managing several campaigns at once
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
  • A proactive approach and the ability to operate with a high level of autonomy
  • A proven track record of architecting campaigns and demand generation strategies from the ground up
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results
  • The ability to research and understand which Marketing-specific tools/partnerships would be most impactful for both Marketing and Sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
