The Team You'll Be Part Of
You will join a high-performing Demand Planning and Business Operations team responsible for translating market opportunities into actionable demand plans that support strategic business decisions, inventory management, product lifecycle planning, and revenue growth.
What You Will Learn and Contribute To
As a Senior Demand Planning & Analytics professional, you will partner closely with Product Line Management (PLM), Sales, Operations, Finance, and executive stakeholders to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for a portfolio of technology products. You will provide data-driven insights, build analytical models, and deliver executive-level reporting that supports business performance and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Demand Planning
  • Develop and maintain detailed monthly demand forecasts through close collaboration with Product Line Management, Sales, and Operations teams.

  • Analyze forecast performance and continuously improve forecast accuracy to support inventory, cost, and spend objectives.

  • Monitor and evaluate product transitions, market trends, and customer demand signals to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and supply chain planning.

  • Prepare, review, and present demand plans for assigned product portfolios or business segments.

Analytics & Business Insights
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support demand planning, business decisions, and executive reviews.

  • Conduct customer, volume, margin, and growth analyses to identify business opportunities and risks.

  • Develop statistical models and analytical approaches to improve forecasting quality and predict customer buying behavior.

  • Create and maintain executive reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.

  • Define, measure, and communicate key demand planning and business performance indicators.

Stakeholder Management
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive audiences.

  • Influence cross-functional teams through data-driven analysis and business storytelling.

  • Ensure demand plans are aligned with broader business objectives, revenue targets, and operational goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in demand planning, business analytics, supply chain planning, sales operations, or a similar analytical role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
