JOB SUMMARY
- Lead cross-functional alignment to establish and maintain a consensus demand plan supporting service, inventory, and financial goals.
- Apply advanced forecasting methodologies and planning tools to improve forecast quality and proactively adjust assumptions based on business trends, customer intelligence, market dynamics, and historical performance.
- Lead demand reviews within the SIOP process, communicating forecast changes, business assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across the Mexico customer portfolio at the Style-Color-SKU level.
- Own forecast accuracy and demand planning performance through analysis of customer trends, product lifecycle impacts, replenishment patterns, seasonality, and promotions.
- Lead demand planning activities supporting New Product Introductions (NPI), seasonal launches, and commercial initiatives
- Develop scenario analyses and long-range demand outlooks to support decisions related to inventory, capacity, customer service, financial planning, and growth strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes, planning methodologies, reporting capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, SIOP, Forecasting, Replenishment, or related Supply Chain disciplines.
- Experience leading cross-functional planning processes and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Advanced knowledge of statistical forecasting methodologies and demand planning principles.
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Skills Required
