Delivery Solution Manager - SDU Inhouse (with German Language)

We are Smart Deal Unit team, we are committed to quick and uncomplicated processing of orders and their realization. SDU Inhouse sub-team specializes in the resale of LAN components.

Our team manages a broad range of customer requests—ranging from framework agreements to individual inquiries—covering hardware, software, services, and licenses. We focus on processing and invoicing SAP orders and service contracts.

We are currently offering an exciting new opportunity for a German-speaking professional with a solid IT background to join us as a Delivery Solution Manager.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

·  Process and invoice SAP purchase orders and service contracts

·  Manage configurations using Cisco CCW, including technical configurations and CCW offerings

·  Translate clients’ business needs and strategies into functional and technical system solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and DTAG guidelines to drive customer satisfaction and/or contribute to DTAG profitability

·  Provide cost estimations for specific customer solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s portfolio, standards, and strategic principles

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have advanced knowledge of SAP invoicing processes
• Demonstrate intermediate-level expertise in enterprise technologies
• Have a good understanding of the T-Systems portfolio
• Are proficient in using ITO Calc for planning and calculations
• Communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Think analytically and approach problems with structured solutions
• Work well in team environments and contribute to shared goals
• Are experienced in training and mentoring colleagues
• Apply effective negotiation skills in professional settings
• Understand financial concepts relevant to your business area
• Apply project management skills to coordinate and deliver results
• Speak German at an upper-intermediate (B2) level
• Speak English at an intermediate (B1) level
• Have broad knowledge across enterprise ICT technologies, ideally with specialization in one or more areas
• Can explain complex ideas and technical solutions to non-technical, high-level audiences

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1 500 € /brutto.
