As a Delivery Excellence - Tech Enablement - Developer - Senior Associate, you will engage in developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on designing, coding, and testing applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the overall strategy and success of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications that deliver exceptional user experiences
- Utilizing programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Kotlin to create robust software products
- Implementing application lifecycle management and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) processes
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain software quality and performance
- Collaborating with teams to analyze business requirements and develop functional solutions
- Managing client relationships and anticipating their needs to deliver tailored software solutions
- Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex technical challenges
- Leveraging software development methodologies to optimize project planning and execution
- Integrating enterprise application architecture and microservices to enhance system functionality
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
