An independent initiative dedicated to driving the adoption and impact of the Lido software protocol is seeking an experienced DeFi Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape integrations, foster partnerships, and enhance Lido’s ecosystem reach through strategic alliances and innovative DeFi applications.
Key ScopeProactively grow relationships with top-tier DeFi protocols.
Identify and generate new stETH integration opportunities through various channels.
Lead and manage collaborations, coordinating independently with relevant DAO guilds (product, legal, governance, and marketing) to ensure smooth collaboration.
Keep track of daily happenings and news in the crypto and TradTech.
Oversee the entire integration cycle with ecosystem projects.
Source incentives for stETH growth and adoption.
Expert knowledge of Ethereum staking, liquid staking and restaking.
Deep understanding of Ethereum and L2s.
Multi-year experience in using onchain products (hard requirement).
3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or other client-facing role in onchain crypto application segment.
Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to influence a network of long-term relationships.
Strong work ethic and results-focused, self-driven with taking ownership & accountability for consistent results to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Technical crypto knowledge of how mainstream DeFi projects work is a minimum application threshold.
Ability to read and understand integration documentation (SDK, API and similar).
