This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, at Spirit's Defense Business Unit ("Spirit Defense"). Key Accountabilities:
- Understanding Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Perform tests for environmental integrity and performance
- Continuously improve and optimize system business process
- Develop processes and documentation to ensure Teamcenter systems are sustainable
- Actively monitor and continuously improve the PLM Teamcenter production environment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a PLM and/or MES-related business process role:
- Level 2: 2-4+ years of related experience
- Level 3: 5-8+ years of related experience
- Level 4: 9-13+ years of related experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
- Must be able to secure Program access approval
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active DoD Security Clearance
- Articulate solution ideas with clarity with good communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated Teamcenter Configuration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to proactively identify issues, find root cause and identify both temporary and permanent solutions
- Ability to comprehend software, hardware, and networking architecture concepts
- Demonstrated experience conducting formal Root Cause Analysis and implementing Corrective Action
- Experience participating in technical teams with diverse backgrounds
- Ability to manage and organize multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Teamcenter data model, configuration, BMIDE, workflow development, and data import experience
- Working knowledge of Oracle or comparable RDBMS
- Experience with complex Product Lifecycle Management Systems, especially Teamcenter applications related to Engineering and Manufacturing
- Knowledge of Teamcenter tools including:
- Active Workspace
- Teamcenter Manufacturing
- Shop Floor Connect
- eQ MI Integration tools
- Automated Multiuser Testing
Union:
This is a union-represented position.
Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: Level 2: $76,300 - $117,000 | Level 3: $93,300 - $143,050 | Level 4: $122,200 - $187,350
