Are you passionate about the Austin hospitality scene and driven to GROW brands that people love with an award-winning team? We're looking for a highly motivated Brand Development Specialist to lead the growth of Deep Eddy Vodka across Austin's dynamic on-premise channel. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional with deep connections throughout the local bar and restaurant community, a proven ability to influence buyers and drive commercial results, and the entrepreneurial mindset to own a market with confidence. Working closely with distributor partners, internal stakeholders, and key accounts, you'll be responsible for increasing distribution, menu placements, volume, and velocity at Austin's most influential bars, regional chains, and high-volume accounts. What You’ll Do: 

On-Premise Account Programming & Sales Growth 

  • Collaborate with key accounts to develop engaging, consumer-focused marketing initiatives that align with Deep Eddy Vodka’s brand vision. 

  • Negotiate and execute localized promotions, menu placements, and activations to enhance brand presence, increase volume, and drive commercial sales. 

  • Work closely with distributor partners and internal stakeholders to secure new distribution and velocity at Austin's high-volume accounts and regional chains. 

  • Track and analyze program performance and commercial metrics, identifying opportunities for market improvement. 

Local Field Marketing & Program Execution 

  • Plan and implement field marketing campaigns tailored to the Austin audience while aligning with national brand initiatives. 

  • Manage multi-channel marketing efforts, including social media, traditional media, influencer collaborations, PR, events, and guerrilla marketing. 

  • Build strategic partnerships with influencers, local venues, and complementary brands to expand Deep Eddy Vodka’s market reach. 

Brand Advocacy & Education 

  • Serve as the primary brand ambassador and local expert, conducting training sessions, presentations, and tasting events to engage stakeholders and enhance brand loyalty. 

Market & Consumer Insights 

  • Conduct market research to understand local consumer trends, competitor commercial strategies, and Austin's market dynamics. 

  • Use insights to refine brand positioning, target high-potential accounts, and optimize marketing strategies. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, commercial execution, account management, or marketing within the beverage alcohol industry required. 

  • Deep connections and an established network throughout the Austin bar, restaurant, and hospitality community. 

  • Proven ability to influence buyers, manage distributor relationships, and drive commercial results in the on-premise channel. 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

  • A creative yet business-driven mindset with the ability to design engaging events and activations that translate into volume growth. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint. 

  • Resourceful and results-driven, with experience managing budgets and tracking ROI. 

  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the on-premise industry. 

  • Willingness to travel as needed. 

Interview Process: 

  1. Self-recorded video interview (4 questions - must be on camera) 

  1. Video meeting with GH Hiring Manager (must be on camera) 

  1. Panel Interview and 360 Presentation 

  1. Final Interview – 360 Presentation with Client 

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 

  • Annual Bonus: 10% 

  • Car Allowance: $800 per month 

  • Communication Allowance: $200 per month
