Spill has been a pioneer in workplace mental health for over eight years. Originally founded in the UK, we have now launched across Australia. We partner with companies to give their teams instant access to top-tier therapy and support resources. We are the modern alternative to a traditional EAP.
Over the last couple of years, we’ve been reflecting on how we can best deliver on our founding promise to improve access to therapy. It's become clear that many employees need more than just access to sessions; they need an approachable familiar face, someone who understands their company culture, and support that feels less intimidating than traditional therapy routes. So, although Spill certainly still offers traditional therapy in the form of both courses and single sessions, we’re currently recruiting for a slightly more specific role: the Dedicated Counsellor.
We’ll give you more information about what exactly this role requires when we meet for an interview. However, we want to make sure that this is something you’d be comfortable with: not just delivering therapy sessions to clients who book in with you, but working specifically with clients from one or multiple companies to become a recognisable presence and advocate for mental wellbeing within the business.

Skills Required

What We Do
Spill is a social-media application and real-time conversation platform designed as a hub for discovering and discussing culture worldwide. It allows users to create virtual spaces for conversations using live audio, video, and chat, and to host in-app events. Positioned as a Black-owned alternative to Twitter, the platform enables users to connect with friends and communities both virtually and in real life.
