About the role
We are looking for a Decision Support Junior Analyst to support our data-driven decision-making processes and help maintain the integrity of our reporting environment. In this role, your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing retail data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting the development of data-driven recommendations that guide strategic decisions.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of data analysis practices and statistical concepts, as well as a keen eye for accuracy and detail. Previous experience in data handling and reporting is preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Collect and monitor retail data, and support senior analysts and managers in preparing data-driven recommendations
- Help identify dealers KPIs and track their performance with insights team
- Track pricing strategies and identify trends, patterns, and insights from results
- Ensure data accuracy by cleaning and organizing data tables for job orders
- Work with data science team to develop reports and dashboards
- Support with monitoring live inventory performance both on our retail website/App and dealer’s App.
- The analyst will also ensure data integrity and work on improving reporting processes
- Track pricing strategies for acquisition and conduct sensitivity analysis with pricing team across different cohorts
Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and software (Excel or SQL)
- Basic understanding of key statistical concepts such as mean, median, standard deviation, correlation and regression
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends, correlations, and insights that can inform decision-making
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
