We are seeking a highly motivated Decision Support Analyst to join our Analytics Team. The successful candidate will leverage their analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations that drive business value. This role involves working closely with various teams to support decision-making processes through advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and develop analysis for decision support areas such as assortment management, distribution, and promotions.
- Identify analytics objects that drive value creation.
- Focus on predictive and prescriptive analytics to answer "what will happen" and "what should we do".
- Provide analysis, visualization, interpretation, and recommendations for business value creation.
- Collaborate with EMEA Marketing & Portfolio leaders and their teams.
- Implement and train reporting/analysis for business and finance colleagues.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in finance business partnering, controlling, or FP&A roles.
- Experience working with sales, marketing, and portfolio teams.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI, programming languages, AI, SQL, and BI tools.
- Fluency in English and excellent teamwork and cooperation skills.
