Our company is seeking a highly experienced Decision Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing complex statistical models and machine learning algorithms to support our data-driven decision-making processes. The Decision Scientist will lead data analysis projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business insights, trends and opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze complex data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models.
- Use data visualization techniques to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analyses and incorporate them into our existing processes.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Who you are:
- A Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with SQL databases, including big data platforms such as Redshift or Snowflake.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in automating data transformation and integration processes for the purpose of generating business insights.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.

$114,500—$137,400 USD
