ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute market access projects, including payer landscape assessments, formulary access analyses, deep dives into access barriers, contracting scenario modeling, and contract operations etc.
- Analyze and interpret quantitative/ qualitative research data to provide clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal leadership and client teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations through compelling slide decks and/or excel workbooks to effectively communicate insights and support stakeholder decision-making.
- Manage overall project, stakeholder and clients, day-to-days tasks and lead a team of Associates and Associate Consultants.
- Act as a Market Access subject matter expert, guiding and onboarding Associates and Associate Consultants.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies on a day-to-day basis and on multiple projects simultaneously.
What You'll Bring
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (any discipline) with strong academic performance, particularly in analytics and quantitative coursework
- 5 - 7 years of relevant job experience. An MBA/PhD may substitute in lieu of work experience
- Good to have a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, including payer mix (commercial, Medicaid, Medicare) and market access levers (rebates, contracting)
- Hands-on experience with claims and formulary databases
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, SQL, MS PowerPoint for report creation, familiarity with Power BI, Tableau and Python/R is a plus
- Structured communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to clients
- Fluency in English
