ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
What You'll Do
- Develop and apply advanced statistical models to help clients understand dynamic business issues, with a strong focus on digital customer experience (CX) and AI-driven solutions.
- Leverage analytics and data science techniques to inform client and ZS team decision-making across areas such as media optimization, personalization, and digital marketing.
- Execute and analyze pilots and use cases involving generative AI (e.g., language models, video generation) and apply them to solve business problems.
- Design custom analyses in R, Python, Tableau, SAS, or other tools to explore performance across streaming platforms, broadcast media, and social media campaigns.
- Use data to guide strategy in areas such as media planning, targeting, and campaign optimization, potentially across global markets.
- Synthesize and communicate insights to clients and internal teams through clear presentations and storytelling with data.
- Contribute to solution development and implementation while managing day-to-day project work.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Mentor and guide Associates; foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, or media/digital marketing analytics (experience in healthcare is a plus but not required).
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, campaign execution, or media analytics (e.g., streaming platforms, paid media, broadcast, social media).
- Exposure to generative AI (e.g., large language models, video generation) and interest in applying AI to business use cases.
- Experience optimizing digital experiences through data-driven approaches like personalization or A/B testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to tell a compelling story using data.
- High level of motivation, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
