DEBT MANAGER
What will you be doing?
- Assessing customers' financial statements, cash flow projections, and collateral values.
- Determining the possibilities of restructuring options based on financial analysis or take actions to start and proceed enforcement procedures.
- Developing restructuring and enforcement plans that align with both the customer's capacity and the bank’s risk tolerance.
- Overseeing the implementation of approved restructuring or enforcement plans.
- Monitoring restructured loans to ensure customers adhere to new terms and conditions.
- Participation in bankruptcy/restructuring processes, courts as representative of the Bank, preparation of legal documents (claims, counterclaims and etc.) within the enforcement procedure.
- Coordination restructuring and enforcement processes with the external service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyzing data and preparing reports.
What will help you succeed?
- Higher education in Law, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan restructuring, work-out (enforcement), credit analysis or related fields in a financial institution.
- Financial analysis skills.
- Knowledge of basic loan documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of legal regulation as it relates to the enforcement process.
- Strong command of English and Lithuanian.
