Job DescriptionWe are seeking a senior associate to join the Debt Finance department with a well known national law firm. The qualified candidates will have 5 – 6 years of experience in syndicated, club and single lender financing, as well as excellent academic credentials, writing, and extensive law firm work experience.

- Excellent judgment, attention to detail and ability to work independently are a must
- Ability to handle ambiguity, juggle many matters at once and quickly shift from one situation or task to another
