Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess their finances and determine if debt settlement is a viable option.
• Address client concerns and overcome objections in a persuasive and professional manner to guide them toward an informed decision.
• Handle inbound calls while also proactively reaching out to warm leads provided by the company.
• Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including how it works, potential risks, and benefits.
• Outline debt settlement terms & conditions, including monthly payments and the timeline for resolution.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
• Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws, as well as company policies related to debt settlement.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in the debt settlement industry, including legal updates and market conditions, to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success. 
• 1+ years of call center experience preferred.
• Google Workspace proficiency.
• Strong work ethic and determination. 
• Proficient in email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, internet navigation, and using phone and chat tools effectively.
• Previous experience in debt settlement is a plus.

The Pay
$16.00/Hourly base rate + uncapped monthly commissions.
